Air conditioning units should be inspected, cleaned and serviced at least once per year. At Yee Group we recommend a visit to your premises every 6 months to maintain your manufacturer’s warranty.  If your system is 12kW or larger it will also require a TM44 inspection every 5 years to remain compliant.

We can manage the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for your system, by contacting you when a service is due giving you one less thing to think about. Our technicians will fully service your equipment ensuring it is operating efficiently and update the service records on your behalf.
